• Michael Fatiev – CEO and Founder

    Michael brings years of experience in embedded software engineering, management of large-scale projects and customer support in the consumer electronics industry, coupled with expertise in creating and developing new business ventures.
    Prior, Michael served as CEO at SW Solit, a software development company. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Senior Program Manager of the Set-Top Box product line at Zoran Corporation, where he also served as Video Group Software Manager, responsible for developing video codec, including MPEG 1, 2, 4, H.264, and AVS, and held various technical and management positions at Zoran Microelectronics. Prior to joining to Zoran, Michael held senior technical positions at Nogatech, (NASDAQ: NGTC), a digital video connectivity chips provider later acquired by Zoran, and I.C.Com. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Haifa University.

  • Ron Shaposhnikov – CTO and Founder

    As CTO and Co-Founder, Ron’s years of experience in embedded software engineering and software code optimization bring hands-on skill and knowledge to the FriskyDSP team. Ron gained his experience with extensive daily work on Freescale platforms and StareCore DSPs. Prior to joining FriskyDSP he held various technical positions at Freescale Semiconductor Israel as a Senior FAE supporting tier-1 global customers, and as an Embedded Software Engineer. Ron holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

  • David (Dudi) Galanti - VP of Strategy and Business Development

    David brings to FriskyDSP 25 years of experience in large scale software and hardware R&D management and business development, in areas of wireless and wireline communication, Digital signal processing, consumer electronics and semiconductor.
    Before joining FriskyDSP David served as VP of Freescale semiconductor Inc. and President & General Manager of Freescale’s operations In Israel. In addition to the role in Israel David also served as the head of worldwide R&D engineering team for the wireless infrastructure division of Freescale Inc. In this role David was responsible for the development of all of Freescale starcore DSP and QorIQ converge family of products. Before that David (while located in the US) served as the director of R&D for Freescale’s Multimedia Application Division responsible for the HW & SW development of all the entire i.MX family of products. Earlier in his career David held multiple business development and R&D management roles in areas of DSP processors development, wireless communications and application processors.
    David Holds B.Sc. (Cum Lauda) in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and MBA from Tel Aviv University
